Tips for Fast & Efficient Entry

Arrive early.

Traffic and parking can be quite busy on major event days. Plan ahead by arriving early. Carpool if possible. Doors typically open sixty (60) minutes prior to the start of the event.

Travel light.

Only bring items you will need during the event. Check our prohibited items list to make sure you don't bring in those items. Be prepared to open your bag for inspection. Security may ask you to shift and possibly remove contents.

Prep tickets.

Have your tickets out and ready to be scanned. If you selected mobile tickets through Ticketmaster, load it on your phone prior to arriving at the Swiftel Center to make sure you can access your ticket on your phone.
