Swiftel Center Health Safety Program

We actively strive to maintain a facility that provides a diverse, exceptional and positive guest experience. Which includes providing a clear and transparent safety program.

Our team worked with the City of Brookings and Brookings Health System to create this comprehensive program based on the most effective health safety practices available.

In response to COVID-19, the Swiftel Center is thoughtfully and conscientiously following the recommended guidelines of the CDC as well as the City of Brookings ordinances. In addition to our standard cleaning practices, we are frequently monitoring, cleaning and disinfecting all touch-points. Touchless hand sanitizing stations are located throughout the facility. Guests are required to follow posted signage and encouraged to practice recommendations. Guests should monitor their individual health and should stay home and seek care if experiencing symptoms.

Ensuring your health, welfare and safety has always been and continues to be our highest priority. It is crucial for our services to meet and exceed health guidelines, continuing to provide “MIDWEST HOSPITALITY AT ITS BEST” and ensuring you can come back with confidence.

The Swiftel Center proudly joins the Brookings Stay Safe Pledge. The pledge is a shared commitment to do our very best to provide the safest experience for everyone by following recommended public health guidelines.

The Swiftel Center is closely monitoring the guidance of the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC), the U.S. Travel Association, and the City of Brookings. We will continue to monitor these resources for the latest developments and encourage you to do the same for the most timely and accurate information.
