COVID-19 Information

As a City of Brookings owned facility, following the direction of the City of Brookings, the Swiftel Center facility is currently closed to the public. After re-evaluation of current COVID-19 circumstances and conditions, the City of Brookings extended closures and cancellations of City-operated facilities through May 6.

During this time, the Swiftel Center administrative team will continue to work; however, the offices will be closed to the public. Our guests, clients and employees are encouraged to coordinate with the full-time Swiftel Center management team via telephone and online channels. The Swiftel Center management is working with each event individually to determine cancelation or postponement status.

As a fan-first facility, we sincerely appreciate your support of Swiftel Center events and your understanding during this time. The health, welfare and safety of our guests as well as our clients and employees are our highest priority. We want to thank you for being such a valued supporter of the event and meeting industry.
