Feeding hungry guests is one of our specialties. Excellent food begins with the freshest ingredients prepared by talented hands. Which is why we have a full-time Executive Chef. Our in-house catering services means the stress of meal planning is off your plate. Our catering staff works directly with you to craft up a menu that will delight both your guests and your bottom-line.

Meet Matt Chapman, our full-time Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage. Matt graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Academy of Culinary Arts (Portland, OR). He took over our kitchen in 2014. Along with his talented catering staff, Matt works hard behind the scenes to make sure your wedding day dining experience is deliciously memorable.


Your guests are our guests. All members of our catering staff attend industry leading hospitality trainings to make sure their delivery is friendly and welcoming. Dining with us should feel as if you’re among family. Our clean and classic uniforms makes it easy to identify our staff. Plus, we want to look good. Our ultimate goal is exceptional service.


Be OUR guest! Our in-house food and beverage department will take care of all your wedding day dining. Which means easy in-house coordination with a high-quality catering operation. Our facility is fully licensed to serve beer, wine and liquor which means full-service bartending staff.

As for dessert, we do allow you to bring in your own wedding cake as well as small party favors.

Chose how you want to dine. Buffet style allows your guests to fill and carry their own plates. Plated style means our catering staff will bring a plate directly to each guest. With either option, you can request for your head table and wedding party to be served at their tables. Our Wedding Menu provides even more details including timelines and pricing.


Your wedding catering estimate is priced per guest. To give our catering department time to order and perfectly prepare your meal, your Event Manager will need your confirmed number of guests at least 3 business days before your event. That number guarantees the number of meals prepared. If your confirmed number exceeds your guarantee, every effort will be made to accomodate your unexpected guests; however, a substitute meal may be served. An additional per plate fee will be added to your final bill. Your Event Manager is a great resource for correctly estimating your guarantee number.
