EVENT MANAGER

Our Event Managers are your number one team players. From the very start, you are assigned a specific Event Manager who works with you from initial planning through the day of the event. Your Event Manager is the principal source of information during the planning process and while on-site. Your Event Manager will answer your questions, convey information to all our other departments and ultimately make sure everything runs smoothly.

Small. Medium. Large. Whatever your size, we have a number of rooms to get it just right. Your Event Manager is a great resource to help select the right amount of space, arrangment of tables and chairs, and number of rooms to accommodate your event.









FOOD & BEVERAGE

All food and beverage for your event will be catered through our in-house catering departmet. Our expert catering staff prepares and serves your food exactly to your timeline. We offer full menu options - including all meals and break items as well as bar services. Check out the FOOD & BEVERAGE section for more yummy information.









HOUSEKEEPING

Our housekeeping staff works hard to keep restrooms, hallways and other traffic areas clean and presentable during your event. Meeting rooms will be monitored and refreshed according to your event schedule. Tell your Event Manager if you have any special cleaning requirements.








OPERATIONS

From set up to tear down, our operations department perfects your event layout - tables, chairs, AV, technology and other equipment. They also handle partitioning walls and your changeover requirements. Some services may involve additional day-of labor. Your Event Manager will note all your requirements.








SECURITY

Your safety is our primary responsibility and concern. We are able to provide security staff for your event to ensure that the facility and grounds are safe and secure.








CREATIVE SERVICES

To increase exposure for your event, our in-house marketing department can activate identified complimentary advertising efforts. That means no charge to your event! Your Event Manager will help identify which assets are best for promoting your event.
