1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 Tbsp cinnamon
ground nutmeg

In small mixing bowl, combine softened butter, powdered sugar and cinnamon. Whip until mixture is fluffy and smooth. Dollop into serving bowl. Lightly top with ground nutmeg. Enjoyed best with fresh baked bread.

1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1 ripe pear
fresh raspberries
fresh blueberries
ground nutmeg

Strain and purรฉe canned pears. Add 6 oz. Pinot Grigio. Stir in ginger and cinnamon. Divide mixture into small cups. (Option to add a sugar rim!) Thinly slice the ripe pear. Garnish the mixture with raspberries, blueberries and pear slice. Dust with nutmeg.

6 oz prickly pear lemonade
4 oz ice

Measure vodka and peach schnapps into cocktail shaker. Cover and shake contents until well mixed. Select your favorite cocktail glass. Add ice to glass. Pour mixture over ice. Add ginger ale and prickly pear lemonade. Garnish with sliced fruit.

12 blueberries
6 oz strawberries
3 oz kiwi
24 mint leaves

Bake cookies at 325ยบ for 8 minutes. Set baked cookies on cooling rack. Dice strawberries and kiwi. Finely chop mint leaves. Combine fruit and mint to make a fruit salsa. Spread cream cheese frosting over cooled cookies. Top with fruit salsa. Garnish each with a blueberry.
