The Swiftel Center Ticket Office is located in the main lobby of the Swiftel Center. The Ticket Office can be accessed directly through the main lobby doors. Parking is available directly in front of the Swiftel Center while purchasing tickets.

Purchasing Options

Tickets for all Swiftel Center events on sale to the public may be purchased at the following locations:
  • Swiftel Center Ticket Office - located in the main lobby of the Swiftel Center
  • Online at Ticketmaster.com - locate the event and select "See Tickets"

ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT

Cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover are all accepted methods of payment at the Swiftel Center Ticket Office.

Personal checks must include name, address, driver’s license number, and telephone. No out of states are accepted at the box office. Company checks are accepted for group ticket orders.

ADDITIONAL FEES

All tickets are subject to a facility fee. Tickets purchased online at Ticketmaster.com or through charge-by-phone are subject to additional service charges.

WILL CALL WINDOW

Will Call is located in the main lobby of the Swiftel Center. Will Call opens at least 60 minutes prior to the scheduled event and will generally remain open throughout the event.

To pick up your tickets, you are required to present:
  • Valid state or government issued photo ID such as a driver's license or passport.

  • Credit card used to purchase the tickets.

  • Confirmation number.

Will Call tickets will only be released to the person whose name appears on the Will Call envelope or whose name was provided in the Ticketmaster transaction. No person will be given tickets designated for another person without prior authorization. Name changes will not be accepted via the telephone and information regarding Will Call tickets will not be given out over the phone.

CHILDREN'S TICKETS

For most Swiftel Center events, children two (2) years of age and older require a ticket for admittance. Children under the age of two will be allowed entry; however, they are required to sit on the lap of a ticket holder. Family shows most often require a ticket for children age one (1) and older. Please see specific event details for more information on ticket age requirements.

TICKET LIMITS

Please adhere to published ticket limits. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster, the Swiftel Center and/or the event promoter at their discretion. This includes orders purchased due to technical website/system errors and/or orders associated with the same name, email address, billing address, credit card number, other information.

CANCELLED OR POSTPONED EVENTS

In the event a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, information is immediately sent to the local media for distribution and placed on the Swiftel Center website. We will also send an email to the database of purchasers for that event, if we have contact information.

If an event is cancelled, refunds will be available at the original point of purchase. If the event is rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored at the new date. In most cases, refunds will also be available at the original point of purchase up until the new date has passed.

PLEASE NOTE: In the event of a cancellation, the paid ticket price will be refunded. Fees and charges associated with the ticket purchase may be retained.

The Swiftel Center is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized sources.

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

There are no refunds or exchanges on all tickets.

SECONDARY TICKET MARKET

CONSUMER WARNING:
The Swiftel Center uses bar code scanning for ticket admissions. As a result, patrons should be careful when purchasing tickets and should always purchase tickets in person at the Swiftel Center Ticket Office, charge-by-phone at 800-745-3000 or online at Ticketmaster.com.

All other purchasing “sites” are not supported by the Swiftel Center nor are guaranteed to have valid tickets to the show.
