You must be 21 years of age to purchase and consume all alcohol products. The Swiftel Center will not serve alcohol to anyone who appears intoxicated and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
The Swiftel Center welcomes service animals or other animal assistance utilized by people who are disabled or visually impaired. All other animals are prohibited.
There is one ATM machine provided by MetaBank located in the lobby.
BAGS, BACKPACKS, AND PURSES
Bags and backpacks are not allowed in the Swiftel Center. Purses and diaper bags are allowed and are subject to inspection by Swiftel Center staff or security when entering the Swiftel Center or at anytime while inside the facility.
CAMERAS AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT
Still cameras are permitted in the Swiftel Center on an event by event basis. Video cameras are not allowed and will be confiscated if brought into the arena.

CELLULAR PHONES AND PAGERS
The use of cellular phones and pagers are permitted provided they do not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the event.
For most events children younger than two (2) years of age do not require a ticket if held on the lap of an accompanying adult.
CODE OF CONDUCT
The Swiftel Center promotes good sportsmanship by student athletes, coaches, and spectators. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Profanity, racial, or sexist comments or other intimidating actions directed at officials, student athletes, coaches, or team representatives will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the site and, if needed, additional disciplinary actions.

Swiftel Center features numerous concession stands and portable stands operated throughout the arena. The Swiftel Center also offers a full liquor license; sales end fifteen minutes from the scheduled end of the event or as dictated by the event.

CREDIT CARD POLICY
Visa and MasterCard are accepted in the Box Office. Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted as payment on convention rentals only.
DIAPER CHANGING STATIONS
Diaper changing stations are available in every concourse restroom within the arena.
DIRECTIONS TO THE SWIFTEL CENTER
From Interstate 29 southbound - Take exit 132 and take a left on HWY 14. From there you will travel east until you run into 32nd Avenue. Take a left onto 32nd Avenue and head north, the Swiftel Center will be on your right.

Disabled access into the Swiftel Center may be found at the main entrance. The Swiftel Center accommodates disabled guests by providing reserved parking, wheelchair ramps, and wider doorways and grab bars in restroom stalls. We will make any accommodation we can to make your visit to the Swiftel Center an enjoyable one. Contact should be made to the ticket office prior to the event.
DOOR OPENING TIMES
Doors open one (1) hour prior to most events. There may be occasional door opening time changes for special circumstances.
There is one elevator located in the concourse off the main lobby with east side access only.
EMERGENCY EVENT PHONE NUMBER
The emergency event phone number is 605-692-7539. This number can be used in case of emergency during an event. This number is staffed only during Box Office hours.
The south entrance is the main entrance for access to the Box Office and Administration offices.
FIRST AID STATIONS
The Medical/First Aid Office is located in the Box Office located in the lobby area.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Guests are not permitted to bring any outside food or beverages into Swiftel Center. Containers including bottles, cans, thermos bottles and plastic coolers are not permitted for the safety and protection of our guests.
Beer and alcohol sale during events: sales end fifteen minutes from the scheduled end of the event or as dictated by the event.

Swiftel Center is committed to providing a fun, family atmosphere. For the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, noisemakers of any type (e.g., air horns, cow bells, etc.) are prohibited. The use of laser pointers is strictly prohibited and will result in ejection. If someone is interfering with your enjoyment of the event, please contact a Swiftel Center staff member.

LOST AND FOUND
Lost and Found is located in the Box Office which is located in the main lobby. If you have something to turn in it can be brought to the Box Office or turned over to Swiftel Center Staff.
LOST CHILDREN/MISSING PERSONS
Guests are encouraged to report a missing person(s) to anyone on the Swiftel Center event staff. Swiftel Center staff will work closely with Brookings Police Department and Swiftel Center Security to help locate any missing individual(s).
Merchandise stands for most events are located on the arena floor.
No parking fees will be accessed.
A public courtesy phone is located inside the lobby of the main entrance.
Once you are admitted into the Swiftel Center, there is no re-admittance if you choose to leave. (See smoking policy.) This policy is based on the type of event. Please call ahead for specific details.
In the interest of guest safety and enjoyment, Swiftel Center reserves the right to prevent certain items from being carried into the arena. These include, but are not limited to, weapons or anything else that can be used as dangerous projectiles. Similarly, other items that may jeopardize the safety or viewing/listening enjoyment of the guests may be prohibited.

SECURITY SEARCH PROCEDURES
All patrons are subject to search upon entry. Any person refusing search will not be admitted and may receive a full refund from the box office.
There is absolutely no smoking permitted anywhere inside the Swiftel Center. The designated smoking area varies with each event. This is the only entrance that you will be allowed to exit and re-enter during the event.

Strollers are welcome inside the arena for young children and infants but are subject to search.

Advance Ticket sales
To purchase tickets in advance, visit the Swiftel Center Box Office Monday – Friday from 9AM-5PM, call Ticketmaster at 800-745-300, go online to

Any child that is younger than two years of age will be admitted to most events for free. Anyone over the age of two will be required to have a ticket before entering the building. This policy changes on an event by event basis and any questions about this can be directed to the Swiftel Center Box Office 605-692-7539.
All public areas of the building are accessible using ADA guidelines. Seats are available in various price levels. Contact the Box Office Coordinator for all of your seating needs at 605-692-7539.
Lost or Stolen Tickets

Payment Options for all Swiftel Center events include cash, check, and credit card (MasterCard, Visa). Payment by check must include name, address, drivers license number, and telephone. No out of state checks accepted. Tickets can also be purchased at any Ticketmaster outlet. Visit

The Swiftel Center Box Office is open Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 4:00pm. Day of Event hours are 10:00am through event intermission. Hours subject to change.

Will Call is available for various events per request of the ticket purchaser. Tickets can be picked up at any open ticket office window, during business hours, after the purchase is made. The individual picking up the tickets must present his/her picture ID and the credit card used at the time of purchase.
